Caron Yoga is located in the heart of Highland Park. We have experienced instructors and small class sizes you are guaranteed to get the most out of your class. We offer a wide variety of class which are open to all ages and abilities. We set all of our classes at a comfortable temperature and have a full supply of props to make every class accessible to all levels.
Yoga can provide many benefits. Yoga can help to increase strength and flexibility in the body. It can also have mental benefits, relaxing the mind, reducing stress, and creating an overall feeling of well being. Practicing in a class setting can also build community and not to mention it’s fun!
Vinyasa means “breathe-synchronized movement”, so the postures are timed with the breath. Vinyasa is fluid; each posture flows into the next.
New to yoga? This gentle class is perfect for the beginner yogi, or anyone who wants to get back to basics.
Svaroopa(r) yoga is a slow version of Hatha Yoga which is designed to release the deep core spinal muscles.
Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.

This class introduces basic Pilates floor exercises and the guiding principles of breathing, concentration, coordination, and body alignment.
Adventures of Super Stretch
During these yoga classes will children will move through kid-friendly yoga poses, learn to slow down, increase focus, improve self-confidence…and work off a little energy too.
This gentle candlelit class is perfect for all students! In this class we will focus on building an internal awareness by focusing in on how breath and movements feel in the body, rather then how they may appear.
